Pastor
Dr. Terry T. Lester

Dr. Terry T. Lester has a BA degree from Georgetown College, a Master of Divinity degree from the Southern Baptist Theological Seminary in Louisville, Kentucky, and a Doctor of Ministry degree from the Lexington Theological Seminary.
Before joining First Baptist Church of London in 1987, Dr. Lester served as assistant pastor and youth minister at Buck Run Baptist Church in Frankfort, a summer missionary at Makakilo Baptist Church in Makakilo, Hawaii, and was pastor at Red House Baptist Church in Richmond, Kentucky.
He has served in numerous denominational positions over the years, including a variety of offices within the Kentucky Baptist Convention, a trustee at Georgetown College, and on the board of directors of the Baptist HealthCare Systems.
A native of Mackville, Kentucky, Terry and his wife Jan have been married for 33 years and have three sons, Clay, Clark and Cary.

                                                         Associate Pastor
                                                                    Floyd Price

Floyd is a native of Northern Kentucky. After a three-year tour with the U. S. Air Force, he completed his education at Cumberland College and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary.
He has served as pastor for more than 40 years at seven churches across the state, most recently as pastor of Prestonsburg First Baptist Church and associate pastor at Morehead First Baptist Church.
Floyd has been active in Baptist life serving on a variety of boards and committees and has been a community leader each place he has lived. He has also been a teacher at both the high school and college levels.
Floyd joined First Baptist Church of London in September 2006, working with the spiritual formations programs of the church. His work is with Christian education through the Sunday School and discipleship training.

Minister of Music
Jerry Wright

Jerry is a graduate of Georgetown College and Southern Baptist Theological Seminary with a Master of Church Music degree.  A native of Louisville, Kentucky, he served Second Baptist Church in El Dorado, AR before coming to First Baptist Church in 1983.  Jerry enjoys a wide variety  of musical styles from classic to contemporary.  His passion in church music is helping people use their musical gifts to worship and to lead others to worship. Jerry is one of the founders of the London Community Orchestra and serves on its board of directors.  He is married to Sheri, and they have two daughters, Melody and Kristi Jo.

Children's Minister
Kim Smith

Kim has been a member of this church since she was a kid herself.  After being a stay-at-home mom for several years, Kim began working here part time in August 2000.  She is married to Randy Smith, which is the Executive-Director of the London-Laurel Chamber of Commerce.  They have been blessed with three children, Brianna, Cameron and Logan.  Kim is thankful for the opportunity to work with the awesome kids here at First Baptist.

Youth Minister
Zack Caldwell

Zack is a native of Ashland, Kentucky. He graduated with a Philosophy degree from Eastern Kentucky University in 2004.  He then completed a one-year internship at First Baptist Church in Richmond, Kentucky.  He is currently pursuing a Masters of Divinity degree at Baptist Seminary of Kentucky. 
He and his wife Rebecca, who grew up in Laurel County, joined the First Baptist staff in May 2006.

Recreation Minister
Ursula Brady

Ursula has been the minister of recreation since November 2001. She has a unique passion for fitness, especially for children. Before joining the First Baptist Rec Center, she taught physical education and health classes at Cornerstone Christian School in London for seven years.
A certified group exercise instructor, Ursula is a native of Louisville, Kentucky. She and her husband Dan moved to London in 1987. She has two sons, Claybrooke and Zachary.

Administrative Secretary
Glenda Robinson

Glenda's first job was as a church secretary at First Baptist church in 1968.  She and her husband, Dan, moved to Lexington, KY the following year where she worked at the University of Kentucky, while Dan finished his degree.  Thirty-seven years later, she again became a secretary at First Baptist and has been on staff since 2004.  God has blessed Dan and Glenda with two wonderful children and three beautiful grandsons.

Accounting
Sabra Huff

Sabra has been on staff at London First Baptist since 1999.  She is a native of Danville, Kentucky and a graduate of Danville High School.  She has an associate degree in accounting from Kentucky Business College.  She is married to Odell Huff and has called London home since 1984.
